Rachel is passionate and committed to assist others to understand there is power in difficult situations while remaining centered on individuals healing as a whole and living a fulfilled life. Rachel has extensive experience in helping organizations succeed through creative leaderships and retain international accreditation. Her formal education is in Social Work, Addiction Studies and Human Resource Management. She has experience working within multiple states, including Michigan, Hawaii and North Carolina. Rachel focuses on ensuring systems benefit all aspects of care, remaining focused on empowerment, individualization and growth.
